A reporting company may report A different entity’s FinCEN identifier and whole legal title rather than information about its useful owners when a few circumstances are achieved: (one) one other entity obtains a FinCEN identifier and gives it to the reporting business; (2) the useful proprietors maintain interests inside the reporting enterprise
